Position:  Technical Sales Internship (Paid) – Headquarters

Summer Internship Location: Headquarters – Ellendale, ND – 32-40 hours/week, M-Thurs

Extended School Year Internship Location: Any DRN ReadiTech location – Ellendale, ND; Aberdeen, SD; Fargo, ND – 10-20 hours/week

Principle responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
  • Assist Sales team with cold-calling and prospecting to identify and nurture prospects resulting in new opportunities
  • Research & development projects
  • Updating documents and sales records
  • Education and hands-on experience with ConnectWise software
  • Special projects as assigned by Sales Supervisor and Business Intelligence Manager
  • Exposure to ReadiTech Managed IT Services Operations
  • Education and hands-on experience with ConnectWise software
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assist with daily administrative duties and all other duties as assigned.



  • Must be currently enrolled in college - Sophomore, Junior or Senior in one of the following areas: Information Services, Information Technology, Managed Information Services, Engineering or other related major
  • 2.5 or higher GPA preferred
  • Be able to commit to DRN ReadiTech for a summer internship beginning mid-May to mid-August (Extended internship opportunities available)
  • Must have a passion for technology, a great attitude, coachable and competitive
  • Comfortable following a defined sales process
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Be able to adapt to working in a professional setting
  • Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
  • Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
