Television programmers impose certain rules onto business customers regarding availability of certain TV channels. As a provider of these channels to our customers, DRN is required to enforce said rules.
Businesses are divided into 2 categories; Hospitality and Non-Hospitality. Hospitality is defined as follows by programmers; a commercial subscriber that is either licensed to serve alcohol on-premise or derives at least 80% of its revenues from the sale of food or beverages. Examples of hospitality business include, but not limited to, restaurants and bars.
All businesses, both hospitality & non-hospitality, wishing to receive the music channels will be billed an additional $15 per month.
